We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Retreat Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Boutique Water Access-Only Retreat.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of managing the retreat including leading the retreat staff team. Responsibilities include guest reservation management, coordination of property maintenance, event planning, and implementation of systems to optimize retreat operations. The ideal candidate is encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas with potential to improve and have a positive impact on the overall business.

*A workday is expected to be at least 8 hours of work, the start and finish times are flexible and based on the needs of the retreat.
**Periods of remote work can be requested
***The 5 Days per week are not set, if there are major events or other reasons why working on a Saturday or Sunday is beneficial, then senior management may determine that in a given week that a weekend day be switched with a weekday.

**** As a management role in the hospitality industry, this position will require some planning and communication with the rest of the management team and guests outside of traditional work hours.
*****On days off it is expected that if moderate-major issues arise, the Retreat Manager is reachable to troubleshoot or advise retreat staff. Setting the retreat staff up to cover the manager on days off is part of the role.
